Man arrested in Sexual Assault investigation, Cleveland Phillips, 50, faces three charges, Police believe there may be other victims

The Toronto Police Service would like to make the public aware of an arrest in a Sexual Assault investigation.
It is alleged that:
– on Tuesday, May 5, 2015, a male TTC Operator left Kipling subway station with a 16-year-old girl and other passengers on the bus
– the man stopped the bus in a commercial area while only the girl remained on the bus
– the man let the girl sit in the driver’s seat of the bus
– the man sexually assaulted the girl
Cleveland Phillips, 50, of Toronto, was arrested. He was charged with:
1) Sexual Assault
2) Sexual Interference
3) Sexual Exploitation
He appeared in court at 2201 Finch Avenue West on Friday, May 8, 2015.
Police believe there may be other victims.
